We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: Because RegainSleep is a consumable supplement, we have strict health and safety guidelines. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in the exact same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please email us at support@regain-sleep.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If your bottle arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@regain-sleep.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate it right away and send you a free replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Opened or unsealed supplement bottles.
Items purchased on final sale or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, safety seal intact).
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the safety seal is intact and the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
